At Monarch Creations Design Studio, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Please review the following conditions for returns:

1. **Return Period**: You may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. **Condition of Items**: Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.

3. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, please contact me by email at abi@monarchcreationsdesignstudio.com for instructions. I will provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.

4. **Shipping Costs**: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on my part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. **Refunds**: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

6. **Exchanges**: I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
